I have bought and sold several homes, Spencer is most definitely the best and most honest estate agency I have ever worked with. I had previously used them for their lettings service which was excellent so I decided to try them again when it came to selling my property. The whole sales team were fantastic, but especially Meg Hudson, who was kind, patient, efficient and very professional throughout what turned out to be quite a difficult sales process. Meg answered all my emails and phone calls promptly, also liaised between myself and the buyer, and the buyer's solicitors and my solicitors too. I would highly recommend Spencer as your first stop for both sales and lettings in the Sheffield area......no one does it better!

Spencer's got our property back on the market quickly and sold within two weeks (for more money too).
