Jakob and Bethany were great in keeping me updated on the properties that were coming onto market and they coordinated the bidding process really well. I found that they were really good communicators and always got the sense that they were trying to help and provide solutions. Gemma was instrumental in the final stages of the purchase as we neared completion. My purchase was part of a chain which at one point was a bit of a challenge, but Gemma’s understanding and ability to work with everyone involved in a timely manner was the difference.
