In what was a very difficult situation with my house sale, the team at Swinton were brilliant throughout. Sharon, Steve and Nicola in particular were outstanding. For over 2.5 years they went above and beyond to help in any way they could to support me not only in the sale of my property but in what was a very difficult personal situation. Despite what will have been a ridiculously difficult time for them, they maintained professionalism and an amazing duty of care. I could not have wished for a better service. Can I just say what an easy process it was to buy and sell a home with Haybrooks. The staff are so helpful, friendly and professional. I was contacted often ( especially by Nathan Fletcher) at the Swinton branch. I also praise Nick and Becky at the Barnsley branch . They were both excellent from the valuation to the sale which all happened in a week. I will definitely be using Haybrooks again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you to all of you as it’s been 25 years since I did this and instead of being a daunting task you made it a simple and less stressful experience.
