I would recommend this place to anyone. The decor is beautiful, the service is impeccable, the staff are super friendly and the food if absolutely amazing! The do very good coffee as well, I was so impressed ❤️ They have plenty of vegetarian and vegan option that do not compromise on taste too as well as plant based milk options with no extra cost

Missed by moments the big breakfast fry up, as they stop serving it at 12pm, but what a great substitute the salt beef benedict was. Recommended to me by the lovely waitress, and no wonder. It hit the spot and filled up my hearty appetite. The kiwi burger and roast squash & corn fritters looked amazing too. My guess is that whatever you choose will be a success. Great speedy service too..you'll have a fine dine time here! Enjoy.

Called in for lunch whilst shopping in the city. Found via Google. Staff were amazing very friendly and attentive. Food and drinks arrived quickly. Food was really good. Coffee was good, could have done with a bigger mug for me tho, but I do love a big coffee. We will be back again.

Tamper is a great cafe with a beautiful setting and really attentive staff. However, their vegan offering is quite scarce. 3 to 4 items of the menu vegan, among which a salad and a granola bowl and a pudding (in the breakfast menu). If you are looking for a warm dish you will not have many options. The only options I had were the cauliflower tacos. These are great. The texture and taste on point. But that's the only option. Even the fries are not vegan, just vegetarian. I can understand that a lot of dishes may look difficult to adapt but fries, which are the dish most vegan and vegetarian have to resort to in non inclusive restaurant, seem to be the bare minimum. Maybe it is because of the sauce? In short, this is a cafe you can go to to accompany your non vegan friends. You will be served good food, excellent cafe and will be welcomed with warmth, but the options are scarce. I had the Prana Chai which was delightful and the cauliflower tacos which are a thing of beauty, but are not very filling. My friend had the French toast of the day (not vegan). For the non-divergent people out there who suffer from sensory overload, Tamper tends to be very crowded and the main room is quite small. It gets very noisy but there is also outside seating. Booking is encouraged.

The best l, creamiest coffee I’ve had in a long time. The food was fantastic too. Busy but didn’t have to wait too long for a table. Great service.
