Based in Sheffield, I provide Sports Massage in your own home. I am both a qualified sports massage therapist and a member of the Sports Massage Association.

I love to help people achieve their goals and to continue enjoying what they love! In my spare time I am a climber, mountaineer and runner, so I understand how injuries and discomfort can affect your passions, both mentally and physically.
What is Sports Massage?
Sports massage is a type of massage therapy which manipulates soft tissue (skin, muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia) to promote healing, reduce tension, correct imbalances and increase circulation. Sports massage can both prevent and help heal injuries to soft tissues, as well as having the potential for increased performance.

When should I have a sports massage?
Routine Maintenance Massage - Regular maintenance massages are a great choice for those with active lifestyles, or athletes focused on performance. This can be used to maintain or improve range of movement and flexibility for muscles and decrease inflammation and promote healing in tissues for faster recovery after exercise.

Injuries and Rehabilitation - Sports massage aids in the recovery of injuries by reducing inflammation, lymphatic drainage (removing waste products from the body, aiding healing) breaking down scar tissue and adhesions in the tissue.
